20-Week Coaching Program for Bipolar Stability
If you’re living with bipolar disorder, you probably already know what to do
-
Take your meds.
-
Stick to routines.
-
Pause before reacting.
And still -

-
You cycle between stability and chaos.
-
You react in the moment - and deal with the consequences after.
-
You keep repeating patterns you thought you’d already learned.
At some point, it stops being about understanding.

It becomes about what you actually do.
-
This is not therapy.
-
This is where behavior changes.

What My Clients Say
Michael is a great listener and very insightful when it comes to mental health topics. I felt immediately recognized for my unique experiences as well as comforted knowing the extent of his experiences. I know that anyone would be able to benefit from working with Michael.

Michael's work, From Chaos To Stability, is just what the doctor ordered!.. for those of us debilitated with emotional overload from diagnoses of bipolar disorder, ADHD, or depression! His personal experience with debilitating bipolar, and then 26 years symptom free, gives him the perfect compassionate presence coupled with solid strategies for managing symptoms and to assist and support anyone desperate for relief!

The reality
Insight doesn’t create stability.
Medication doesn’t ensure consistency.
Support doesn’t guarantee follow-through.
Without ownership of your daily decisions, the same patterns repeat. If nothing changes, neither does your life.
Instability
Broken trust
Crisis-driven choices
If nothing changes, neither does your life.
The Program
A structured 20-week process to change how you operate - day to day
This is not open-ended coaching.
This is a system.
Structure:
10 biweekly 1:1 sessions
Real-life application between sessions
Direct, practical guidance
We focus on:
Decision-making in the moment
Emotional regulation under pressure
Daily routines that actually hold
Following through - especially when it’s hard

How it works
Three phases. One direction.
Weeks 1–6
Phase 1: Ownership
Identify patterns. Separate feeling from action. Take responsibility in real time.
Weeks 7–14
Phase 2: Stability
Build routines. Reduce reactivity. Increase consistency.
Weeks 15–20
Phase 3: Reinforcement
Lock in behavior. Handle setbacks without collapse. Build independence.
What changes
You stop feeling like your life is slipping out of your control.
By the end of this program, you will:
Follow through on commitments - even when you don’t feel like it
Reduce emotional reactivity in high-stress moments
Build daily structure that holds
Stop repeating destructive cycles
Take ownership without spiraling

My work is trusted by organizations supporting individuals with bipolar disorder, including:
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)
Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA)
What changes
Most approaches focus on insight. I focus on behavior.
Because behavior - repeated over time - is what creates stability. My perspective comes from lived experience with bipolar disorder, including relapse, hospitalization, and rebuilding - followed by 25+ years of sustained stability.

I am also a CalMHSA-certified Peer Support Specialist, combining lived experience with formal training in recovery-oriented support.
This is not theory. This is practice.
